  • Authenticity: Your tickets are 100% authentic and valid for entry.
  • On-Time Delivery: Your tickets will be delivered in time for the event.
  • Accurate Seats: The tickets you receive will be for the exact seats you ordered, or comparable alternative seats will be provided.
  • Full Refund for Canceled Events: If an event is canceled and not rescheduled, you will receive a full refund for your purchase.

If any of these conditions are not met, you may be eligible for a refund as outlined below.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Tickets Not as Ordered: If the tickets delivered are not for the seating location, quantity, or event date/time that you ordered, and we are unable to provide comparable alternative tickets, you may be eligible for a full refund. You must notify us within a reasonable time frame (e.g., within 24 hours of receiving tickets or prior to the event, whichever is sooner).
  • Tickets Not Delivered: If your tickets are not delivered in time for the event, and you are unable to attend as a result, you may be eligible for a full refund.

3. Non-Refundable Situations
